Cliff Castle Casino-Hotel is going green! Ken Reynolds, Team Member Relations leader said, “We have formed a recycle committee and have some great things planned.” The first recycling project took place during Cliff Castle Casino-Hotel’s recent Eddie Money/Camp Soaring Eagle benefit concert. A team member committee collected 84 pounds of cans and plastic bottles that were recycled at Gardener’s Recyclables in Old Town Cottonwood. The committee received $44 for the materials, to will be used in further recycling efforts and projects. “Guests should also be on the look out for one of our next big promotions,” said Tony Averitt, Marketing Director. “Our ‘Green is Good’ electric car giveaway coming in July will be a lot of fun and emphasize the positive aspects of renewable energy and recycling as well!” The Yavapai-Apache Nation, a sovereign Native American tribe, proudly owns and operates Cliff Castle Casino-Hotel.
